Your Questions, Answered
-
We offer 1:1 coaching sessions, three and six month packages, consulting services and seasonal experiences.
-
Coaching supports awareness, goals, learning, wellbeing, accountability, and forward movement. Therapy may diagnose and treat mental-health conditions and provide clinical care. Coaching can complement therapy or healthcare but does not replace it.
-
Our approach is client-centered, strengths-based, evidence-informed, and trauma-aware. It honors you as the expert in your own life and may bring together reflective inquiry, values exploration, mindful awareness, wellbeing and habit-change practices, nature-based reflection, and optional creative or arts-based experiences. The work emphasizes awareness, self-compassion, creativity, choice, conscious connection, and sustainable change. You are always welcome to pause, adapt, or decline an invitation.
-
We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach to coaching, clear communication, meaningful exploration, practical and creative opportunities, gentle accountability and support, with empathy and compassion. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
-
Not at all. Creative practices are pathways for reflection and discovery, not tests of artistic ability. You may adapt, pause, or decline any invitation.
-
Getting started is simple. Book your desired service and we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Each is a scheduled 15-minute direct messaging on the agreed platform during a selected off-week. It may be used to notice progress, explore one small barrier, reconnect with an intention, or choose a next step. It is not a full session or emergency support.
